Hey, when I try to install the CLEO mod I see a error:



What should I do?

I get that message too, just press skip it, for me that works.. I don't know if there's a proper solution but yea, skipping it works for me fine

Seems like you already have GTA running since it can't open the file. If you don't try to run the installer as administrator. Or right click on your San andreas directory folder and check if there's chosen the option 'read-only', if it is, unmark it.
